This workshop offers an introduction to mindfulness through guided mindfulness practices including ‘slow looking’ and mindful drawing and/or writing. Using a variety of exercises and discussion, we will explore how engaging with art through mindfulness can stimulate your own creativity, offer new perspectives and ways of seeing as well as inspire confidence in looking and appreciating art.
No experience of art, drawing or writing is required. Suitable for everyone.
